Why am I starting a newsletter? And what's in it for you?

Well hello there! If you’re reading this, chances are you signed up to get updates when you visited my website.

I’ve been wanting to create a newsletter for a while now, just as sort of a way to keep in touch with everybody and and announce updates. All that fun stuff!

And that’s exactly what you’ll be getting in the future, should you choose to remain on my mailing list. Don’t worry, I won’t be spamming your inbox or asking for donations or anything like that. This is simply my way of keeping in touch.

My listening audience is varied. Some of you listen on traditional podcasting apps, some on YouTube, some of you follow me on social and some of you don’t even know what Twitter is. That’s fine. This newsletter will be my way to get in touch with you all in one fell swoop and share things relating to the topics we discuss.

For now, how about a picture of my “podcast studio”.

Not all that glamorous, huh? The panels on the wall are covered rockwool insulation that - along with the baby pillow - work to keep my recording space somewhat echo free. Not exactly Joe Rogan’s studio, but gotta start somewhere, right!?

This newsletter will be semi-regular. I’ll probably be sending out a new edition with every fresh episode, as well as the occasional poll or questionnaire. And like I said, this is my way of making announcements and just keeping everybody up to date on all things Wild West Extravaganza.
